There's no one oil that fits all. Please do not make assumptions on which is the correct oil type for your vehicle. Each vehicle has its own oil requirement and has different intervals based on its pollution control equipment. Not all vehicles are capable of using the 25,000 mile oil drains. These oil changes are usually limited to Domestic and Japanese vehicles. Most European vehicles are required to use the European oils.

Oil Drain & Vehicle Warranty

The use of AMSOIL cannot void any manufacturer's warranty. If you have a vehicle that is compatible with one of AMSOIL's 25,000 mile oil and filter combinations, under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a warranty cannot be void for going 1 year or 25,000 miles. AMSOIL has a written warranty backing up their products.

Oil drain intervals vary by vehicle

For Domestic & Japanese cars, the Signature Series oils with an AMSOIL EAO filter (not available for all cars) can get you up to 15,000 to 25,000 miles on an oil change depending on the vehicle. The XL oils will give you 6-month or 10,000 mile oil drains. The OE oils are to be changed at the manufacturer's interval as stated in your owner's manual.
