| Optional 6 speed transmission. This is how a 350 CID, v8 engine accomplishes 28 miles per gallon. At 80 MPH you're at about 1500 RPM's. With a 4.10 gear, the RPM's go up to about 1850 at 70 MPH. Even though I put in a 4.10 gear, because I have Fast Toys Ram Air and ASP Power Pullies, my gas mileage is now restored back to 28 MPG again. You can have your cake and eat it, too. |
